NovaPublisher provides tools that help creators and brands prepare, schedule, and manage short-form video publishing workflows across social platforms.
User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, schedule, or publish through NovaPublisher. Users must ensure they have all necessary rights, permissions, and approvals for submitted content.
TikTok Integration
The TikTok integration supports account connection and user-initiated publishing workflows. All TikTok publishing actions must be explicitly initiated by the user.
Prohibited Use
NovaPublisher must not be used for spam, misleading activity, unauthorized automation, or violations of TikTok's policies. Users may not misuse platform APIs, bypass review requirements, or upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of the content they upload. By using NovaPublisher, users grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, preview, and prepare content as requested by the user.
Platform Compliance
Users must comply with applicable social platform terms, community guidelines, developer policies, and all laws that apply to their content and publishing activity.
Service Availability
NovaPublisher may change, suspend, or discontinue service features at any time. We work to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, creates security risk, misuses the service, or uses NovaPublisher in a way that could harm users, platforms, or our systems.
Disclaimers
NovaPublisher is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant that every platform integration, review status, or publishing workflow will be available in all environments.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaPublisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
